Important: All health data stays on your device. We never upload, store, or transmit your personal health information to our servers or any third parties.

Important: This data is anonymized and aggregated. TelemetryDeck is GDPR-compliant and does not track individual users.

Health data is used exclusively on your device to:

• Calculate your sleep score and readiness score

Data Storage

• Private health data: Your personal health data never leaves your device. Private anonymous app usage data is minimally collected to improve app experiences.

Children's Privacy

Night and Day is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
